A reread. Still not my normal genre but I have the series so I’m going to read them 🙂

No star rating as it’s a memoir.

Very interesting insight into Sarah’s life in GA and after. Such a sad ending for a young girl. Well written and insightful.

This book was poorly written. The characters dull and soap opera ish. I found myself rolling my eyes multiple times throughout this book, the misdirections were many and not all necessary and not all explained.

Borrow this book, don’t buy it.

I was bored. Felt YA. The gaming bits had me almost comatose. The characters were tedious and unbelievable. Long chapters too 😐

By ‘eck!  I don’t know what to say about this book. It gripped me from the first chapter and didn’t want to put it down but life kept rudely getting in the way.
Slavery was brutal and this book brought it to life.
This should be essential reading for everyone.

I wasn’t a keen on this. It felt very surface level and I felt there was a lot unsaid.

I now know I’d be shit if I was the only one to survive the end of the world 😀
I enjoyed this, I rattled through it. The ending could have been more 🤷🏼‍♀️
