This is definitely a slow burn… I think? This story has some sad elements which made me tear up (not being able to say goodbye to people we love.) I found myself getting annoyed with Eleanor like girl… stop avoiding everything and everyone!!!! But overall it was a quick & good read

Tbh I’d love to see this as an actual movie or show. Every time I picked up this book I was immersed in Hell’s Mouth or wherever Kazi and Jase were.
I’d say this book would’ve been a lot more uncomfortable if the “uncle” was actually just a family friend and labeled that way because he quite literally is not blood related to the girl. I did finish it in one day because how addicting it was to read because all I could think was um wtf? and what could possibly be next??
