It's a decent chapbook; I found out halfway through reading this that the author was investigated for grooming a teenager in the early 2000s... definitely tainted the rest of my reading.
My grandma asked me to read this book, and I see why she enjoyed it. McLaughlin is more articulate and close to the issues (except for the fifth chapter) than most Christians who write books on these topics, and holds a consistent worldview that borders on the repetitive (“chimpanzees, hyenas, and spiders”) but is an indictment on all Americans for how they treat others.
