Such a wonderful story!! I absolutely loved the dual timeline and getting to know Augusta in both times of her life. The side characters, especially those in the latter timeline, were so great. This book delivers on family, friendship and first love. Highly recommend!

Get ready for some holiday heat with this novella!! This is a quick read and it is full of steam! It moves fast but you do get POV from each character so you know what they're thinking.
I loved the winter holiday setting at a cabin too. Read this one when you're in the mood for Christmas and spice, lots of spice!

If you're looking for a quick read, a palate cleanser between books, then this is your book! There's not a lot of depth or character development but there is lots of spice!! I would love to have a full story to get to know these 3 characters better, but I also enjoyed it for what it was!

This book sucked me in!!!! I switched between audio and ebook and felt like I was on a ride while reading. Since this book is about the stock crash in the 1920s, we know there's going to be a fallout. I simply could not wait for that because the build-up to it was so, so, so good! Bea was a wonderful main character and I loved her so much. This is a well written, must read book!
