Did not finish book. Stopped at 40%.
Far too slow for my taste and while I would like to know the story, I don’t find it worth it to finish

I was NOT smart enough for this book and was lost on a lot, but it was still very much a good time! Reminds me of Ninth House and The Atlas Six

My first one star that I read all the way through :)

Was very bored with this book. Hated the descriptions—they seemed to work too hard to describe nothing at all. Pacing was too fast, and that’s rich coming from me. I usually prefer faster paced books.

I think overall, I would have liked the story better as a movie than a novel.
