A bittersweet stroy about gay love in Nazi Germany. It has a decent storical rigour and a good way to get your mom to buy you LGBT things for historical "reserch"

Really Nice way to re-discover a book that changed my outlook on fandom and help me live my life. I own it's author a lot and this is doing her justice. Also, I really love the character design.

This is an interesting book. It has more politics and dead bodies and fewer balls. You know this saga is for you if that doesn't bother you. Me? I devoured the second book back then and I devoured it now. The confusing might not be my favourite I still think like the book shows a growing period of their character so does their author. Unfortunately here it begins to appear a slight issue with the lack of female character. It makes sense in setting and for that is forgiven. The Plot, the character, the Plotwist, one of Sanderson best. Over all a great second part.

What a great finale. One of Sanderson finish saga witch isn't a novella. And if this it the quality of it's ending I cannot wait for The Stormlight Archive Book 5. The action is top-notch. The arc conclusion is incredibly satisfying. If Book one is Vin and Book two is Elend book Tree is Sazed. And since he is my favourite character I loved every time I read his chapters. There are not enough words to explain how much I like this book. My only complaint is that is a little too long and makes the jump to Alloy of Law all the much jaring.

This book is Kelsier 100% and it's made clear how much Kelsier is counterbalanced to Vin because without her Kelsier becomes disruptive. Not even surprise with what happens later. I wish we could see Kelsier grift a bit more but it make sense for him not to. The last fanservice part was really cute and wholesome but bittersweet. A good read even if a spoiler one. Don't read unless you have finish Hero of Ages.

This is the star of Mistborn era 2 triology and it's a banger. Not as much as the Final Empire but that's one of the best books I ever read. All the moral question in the first book start to appear and some even develop. Heck, they even get more than a few theological ones. Marasi is my favourite character and is great but the one that really takes the cake is Wax. He really changes in the way I couldn't expect but I'm delighted, and the Spin Brandon did on his Happy Arranged Marriage formula is nice. The ending is great and sad at the same time and I love it.

Fantasy Cowboys in the big city. This is how I would describe The Alloy of Law. Here is setup fo the character witch means they aren't the most likeable but most iconic. Marasi might have needed a few more polish but it works well it's pretty fun. The only problem? It's about a cop and after the BLM movement, I still have difficulty reading about them. Thankfully Wax grows and question and Marasi doesn't condone police violence. Very fun read.

This is definitely the best book of all of Wax and Wayne so far. I loved every single character and has the best comedic scene in all of Brandon Sanderson books. It also shows how good at characterisation he is. I Recommend you read Mistborn era 2 just for this scene alone. Steris is shown as a more lovable character and put a smile whenever she was on screen. It also shows how similar she is in some ways to her sister. Also half a point for one of the first lesbian couple in the Cosmere. Hope this gets better in the last book. Hoid's came is great and quite silly and I live for the theologian question this book put forward. It really shows a man growing inside and outside the page explaining religion. Great Book.

My aunt gifted me this book when I was 10 years old. I never read it completely, I was terrified but I remembered a few tales like the robot kid or the pale bus driver. Now, reading it as an adult I find it tame. My passion for internet mysteries having been an interest since I was 15. What I quite enjoy is the assortment of different sources she pulls from. From Japanese folklore to Argentinian Urban Legends. I should have read it when I was fourteen, a web in the making. I would have devoured it without a thought. It's only in Spanish as far I know but if it gets a translation I'll edit this review

Not really my cup of tea. The story is, unfortunately, to close to relevant and the series doesn't have a serious tone to handle it. Is a teenage romance with death on the background. But since it's a dystopia that might be it. Doesn't matter where love will flourish where you let it. I won't be reading the rest of the series but it's not bad. Just for younger people. Guess 13 year old who just finished the hunger games. Simple read and good enough character. If you like The Hunger Games and are still a teenager you will like this.
