The cover (the one with the face and the bat) is so beautiful and the blurb was also very appealing.

Unfortunately, the first half dragged on a lot, which made it a bit harder to stay with the book.

I thought it was good that the book also addressed how much Asian people were insulted and hated because of Corona. They were insulted and blamed badly back then.

But I still didn't find it exciting. Cora was very monotonous and it just dragged on too long.

Interesting blurb that tempted me to read this book. 

You read a few email histories right at the beginning... I really like it when they include emails, chats or message histories in a book. It makes the whole thing more "realistic"

Exciting from the first page... it was a bit confusing for me at times but then it all gradually falls into place. From the middle onwards it gets extremely exciting and you wonder what's happening!! 

Unfortunately the resolution or twist(?!)completely took the air out of it for me. I didn't think it was well implemented for the course of the story...

Wow, the book starts right away!

You dive right into the story and immediately want to know what's going on. I was so glued to my kindle and wanted to help Kirty so much!!

The writing was smooth and easy to read. No unnecessary long lines or fillers. The POV switch between Kirsty and Hughie was perfectly done. Not too many characters to get confused with

I never thought that you could immerse yourself in a book and that it would immediately trigger such intense emotions! 

Every single story is written in an interesting and exciting way and I love how the individual stories merge into one.

Great idea, the characters are well implemented and the emotions are conveyed just perfect!

If you like time travel stories like I do, then this story is perfect for you.
