A Peach of a Murder by Livia J. Washburn
3.0
Nice read. Not enough though to add the next book in the series to my wishlist. The characters were just a little too bland for that (though the ones that got angry got realistically angry and not over the top so) and I did not like the few instances where the narrative followed Mike rather than Phyllis.
I felt there wasn't much sleuthing going on. That was a bit disappointing.
I picked the murderer quite early on, but it was pretty reasonable the investigation did not focus on this person. So not much oversight on the part of the sleuth (and a bit more on the part of the police though, but it is par for the course of cozies that police show oversight).
