I loved this! I loved the characters, the storyline, everything about this was a page turner for me. Specific scenes still play on my mind and I think it can highlight problems in parent/child relationships we face in modern society.

I was sooo excited for this book being an Alice fanatic, but I'm left feeling rather disappointed. It had a cool concept, but lacked substance and build ups that lead to nothing. It all felt very wishy washy, seemed more like a first draft, a quick outline of the story. Absolutely no depth to the characters or the story. I almost felt a bit loopy myself whilst reading it, feeling like I had skipped parts.

Only worth the read if you are a huge Alice fan and like to explore different concepts.

Loveddd it. A little bit too much like the hunger games, I felt like I was reading a retelling. But really enjoyed everything about the book nonetheless

This was a refreshing read for Fantasy. I loved the mystery in this book and I don't feel I've read anything quite like it. Not like a hunger games retelling etc. This feels truly unique. This is my first Stephanie Garber book and it has me very excited to read more from this amazing author!
