lobdell when I catch you lobdell
anyways
the all-caste plotline was interesting and the art was pretty, but that's about the only good things here. why did they make all of these characters with so much potential suck so bad. and why did they BUTCHER Kori. come on now.

Pretty boring. So much stuff that happened was irrelevant to the actual plot, and the characters were interesting but underdeveloped. The language that the children used was unrealistic as to how it would likely have developed, and all the characters were kind of annoying. The plot surrounding Judith and her daughters was why I finished this. It started out with that, and in my opinion, should have stuck with it more. The ending wasn't too bad though.

Whenever and wherever the dignity of but one single human being is violated, in pursuance of the creed of racism, a heinous sin is committed against the dignity of all men, everywhere.
This essay is a very straightforward breakdown of the Anglo-Zionist colonialism of Palestine, and how it took place. It outlines the ideals of Zionism, and how it came to be. It also details Palestinian resistance in the face of British-Zionist colonialism through the process of the Israeli settler-state occurring, and that resistance has existed since the intention of Zionist colonialism in Palestine became clear.
The racial supremacy prevalent in the values of Zionism is clear, and Sayegh displays the connection between British imperialism and Zionist colonialism so that anyone looking to understand the history between the two can do so easily. British imperialism enables Zionist colonialism through its edicts.
A very good, straightforward history of the progression of zionism and zionist colonialism in Palestine. Good for anyone looking for the basics.

The cause of anti-colonialism and liberation is one and indivisible.

Reese's (the main character) reflections felt realistic to how a 15 year old might reflect on their own life. The narration was enjoyable and very clearly written.
