This book is good, some interesting mental health rep and work in here, experiences too close to home to discuss. HOWEVER, From a mentally ill person I would've  been so much happier with this book if the language referring to the people in the psych ward was less offensive. I know the state the Mc was in, I'm  also clinically Insaise, but this decision by the author to include it, and include a scene where she's called out and she says the infamous "I can call then that I'm crazy too". More than  "problematic" this was disrespectful. I call myself crazy every now and then, but this woman didn't know any of the other people, she was a stranger, a new resident, but stranger still.
