Painfully long but great nonetheless. I didn’t particularly love the characters so that made things a bit harder BUT I don’t regret putting so much time into reading this.

This is the worst book I have read this year. The writing is mediocre at best and the main character is such an annoying bigot that I felt nothing but hatred for her.

I thought I would enjoy this being my first Murakami book (with many Beatles references) but I really did not enjoy this… at all. I like the idea but that’s about it.
