This is a book that you won't ever regret reading. I hate the fact that it took me more than two sittings to complete it because, you know, something always comes up.

القصة لا بأس بها ولكن الترجمة سيئة جداً جداً!! سأعاود قراءة القصة باللغة الإنجليزية لاحقاً لربما أفهمها أكثر.

This book is very simple in story and character but it is all very beautiful, charming and touching.

"People said Ove saw the world in black and white. But she was color. All the color he had."
I really liked how unique this book is, we rarely get to see a story from the perspective of an elderly. Not to mention that it was one of the saddest and most heartbreaking stories I've ever read

I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review
First of all, this book needs SERIOUS editing, the amount of grammatical errors drove me crazy. Secondly, the poems were not this great and most of them were really hard to understand. The concept is really good but it wasn't depicted in a good way. I get why some people would like this but it's just not my cup of tea.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with this one but the level of cuteness in the story as well as the amazing artwork made it such a pleasant read.

Rating: 2.5 stars
The story is so interesting and unique but unfortunately the delivery was not. It could've been easily a 5 stars book for me if it was longer and had a larger vocabulary (instead of repeating the same words every single time) and more coherent sentences because the dialogue felt robotic and repetitive. I know this is just a childrens book but it could've been better.
