Highly recommend listening to the audiobook while following along with the text. Footnotes and addendums seem to be tedious for a good few, and narration drastically improves the experience.

My brain is too fried to even begin reviewing It's contents so I simply implore you to give it a shot! Even if you went in a casual audio listener like me, the narrative has a way of gripping you unlike anything I've read before.

If you're into Kpop, give this a go. It's easy to follow, easy to finish. The prose was convoluted which lent itself well to the motifs explored and the more outrageous actions of our narrator. Overall stunning read.

Absolutely insane loser behaivour from this character. I love the way it made me hate her, because she represents everything I don't want to become: consumed by patriarchy. She fantasizes about this woman's death out of jealousy and spite, which I can get behind, but leaving mean comments and stalking her in public is a level of clinical insanity that I hope to never reach. God bless Sheena Patel, and fuck her main character for being so relatable. <3

Interesting exploration on grief and the time it steals. Different forms of loss being explored in depth was enlightening. There was quite a bit of redundancy and the pace dragged and I found myself bored until the last quarter, but it was a congruent ending that left me somewhat satisfied. This is what made me realise that I'm not a huge fan of mystery novels, actually. If you're into darker queer lit, you'd likely enjoy this more than I.

Painful, DCOM levels of corny. Enjoyed based solely on good art, Damien Wayne adoration, and nostalgia for dweeby teen drama. They're all so good at communicating and non threatening, it's adorable.

Was this absurdist satire? I truly hope, as I am deeply perturbed.

Not a very well written mystery with not a single redeeming character. Characters don't have to be likable, but a compelling motive isn't too much to ask. Tone just went out the window. The plot started slow, ended soft. Such a toothless finale.

Expectations weren't very high but they should've been lower.
