The title is hilarious but the book less so. Or the humour is so dry that it's lost on me. The narrator states she is banal, her story is mundane and to not expect much and sadly, she is right.

I picked up this book just to read Dog Of Tithwal and Colder than Ice. Both stories were haunting yet excellent and I loved them.

I picked up the book just to read the recommended Khol Do which was great and haunting. While Manto is a good writer, the more sensual content of his work is not to my taste so I don't want to force myself to finish this book.
