I loved the vampires, didn’t care too much for Sloane & Naomi but I did want them to be happy! I’d give it a 7/10!
I liked the concept of this book a lot! I’d love a backstory into this world of sorcery.
I thought this was okay! I’m not a huge audiobook person so I’m grateful that this was fairly short. The overall story is very much Ali Hazelwood’s signature just wasn’t my favorite of hers.
I wish I could have killed Marcelle myself. What a horrible man. Enjoyed this overall story, interested to know how this series is gonna end!
I liked the queen trials! I actually wish the book was longer so we could have gotten more of that. Overall, I like the ending to this series. I mean *obviously* it was gonna be a happy ever after but I’m still glad it happened!

3.5 rounded up! The ending definitely sets it up for a sequel and I am interested in what comes next. The intimate scene was a little…. Poorly timed in my opinion but I understand why it happened when it did since that set in motion the rest of the book but while it was happening I was like wait????? What??? Now??!!! In these circumstances??!!! Also I kept wondering what the hell happened to Seraphine’s cloaks since she’d shed them so often and I’m like wait did she leave with it or is it lost??? Do they have to keep making her another one??? Are her friends picking it up??? It stressed me out more than it should have
3.5 rounded up! Beautiful imagery. A little slow paced, especially in the beginning. The timeline at first also threw me a bit.
