Tropes: age gap, mafia vibes, contractual marriage of convenience, he falls first, tabby FMC, possessive MMC

Enzo did not disappoint and neither did our queen of an FMC okay👏🏻 I loved getting to be back in this world so much. It was such a fun time getting to see another one of Meagan’s FMC’s be a true badass. Like Boston is literally an entire vibe and I loved every single second of it! We got to see her be a strong woman but also vulnerable which was so refreshing. And Enzo was everything with her. I loved how he was literally obsessed, I could not get enough. The tension and chemistry was 🔥🔥🔥. These two were both so possessive of each other I ate it up.

Thank you so much to Meagan for an arc🩷

Tropes: small town, enemies ex wife, single mom, new neighbors, forced proximity, found family

I was really excited for this one! I absolutely loved Harmony and adored her little boy. I just wanted to wrap her in a hug and say you got this bitch. I love a good reluctant grumpy MMC and Brady totally delivered. I just really love this series and this town so much. If you’re a small town lover these books are a must read. Now I’m partial to my babies from book one Autumn and Charlie but I still really enjoyed these two.

I already know the next book is gonna HURT but I am here for it🩵

Tropes: small town, suspense, true crime podcaster FMC, grumpy sheriff MMC, forced proximity

I HAVE NO WORDS. Catherine’s writing always makes me go through all the feels but this story is just so damn heartbreaking. My heart ached for Ridley, Emerson, Colt and all the pain they’ve gone through. I truly couldn’t get enough of these characters. I was floored when all the pieces came together in the end… as always Catherine blows my freaking mind with these twists. My jaw is honestly still on the floor.

Colt + Ridley were everything. I loved how they challenged each other, how Ridley didn’t put up with Colt’s asshole attitude and how she brought out the best side of him he’d been missing since everything happened. I just can’t say enough good this and will be thinking about this story for a long time.

I secretly wish this was at least getting another book with Emerson & Trey buuuuut that’s wishful thinking🩷

Such a great book to end the year with! I pretty much devoured this, it was just such a good time. I loved the MMC & the FMC. She is such a badass and I was here for it all. The tension… the chemistry… the spice👏🏻. I need to dive into book two ASAP because that ending is brutal!

I LOVE THIS BOOK. Without giving too much away - you need this book in your life. I love that it is raw & packed full of passion. There is heat, angst, forbidden love & lots of life lessons. Multiple times I wanted to throw this book because of how great the writing was with making me feel all the emotion. This relationship is not a perfect no issues romance. We get heartbreak & oh my goodness the spice is unreal. If you love spice, heavily passionate romance & a lot of angst then this book is for you. I cannot recommend this book or this author enough!

OKAY. This entires series is a wild, amazing, exciting & passionate ride. There is a lot of heartbreak and situations that make you just questions the entire lot of characters. I was never able to really put this book down because I fell so in love with the characters that I NEEDED to know what happened. The first 3 books in this series are focused on the 3 Brayshaw brothers and the romantic relationship between Maddoc Brayshaw and Raven Carver. There is so much unpacked in this epic story that will have you ready to jump in to the next one. The writer does such an amazing job of creating character development and setting up the backstory needed to fully engulf yourself in this world.

HIGHLY recommend this.

If you love spicy books this is right up your ally. It’s got great writing, a great plot & lots of sexual tension.
