I don’t have a ton of experience with cowboy romances but man was this one hot! Kenzie & Grayson’s banter was everything, I really loved seeing them grow as a couple. I felt like it was never a full moment & I just always wanted more of them. The sexual tension was so good & the angst was just perfection! This is a slow burn so I was just itching for them to finally give in to each other. Kenzie is stubborn & has these walls up that we get to watch Grayson slowly break through. If you want a steamy, angsty, slow burn cowboy romance that will make you laugh & possibly want to smack some people… look no further friends!

I have no words. Actually that’s a lie, I just have too many. This book was beautiful in every single aspect. H.D Carlton can write some freaking plot let me tell you. This is a deep read, there are so many different pieces to different puzzles that will just make you get so enthralled with these characters. I honestly couldn’t put it down because I just needed to know what was coming next. I admired Adeline so much in this book. She has her own messed up past & “issues” that we discover are just pieces of her that she has to learn to accept. She is a spitfire young woman who takes no shit & honestly struggles a lot in this book with her feelings. When Zade enters the picture & makes his intent for her clear, so much intensity occurs. I mean first off the sexual tension & chemistry between these two is phenomenal!

Zade is our one & only stalker, but he is SO MUCH FREAKING MORE. I just have to say I love this man. I adore him & it was so beautiful getting to uncover who he is & all the darkness he possesses. There is so much with him that you don’t see coming which just made the plot that much more amazing. Everything about Zade is dark, mysterious, dangerous & Addie soon finds out just what great lengths he will go to prove his possession of her. Zade is one of the best characters I have read about & man I just need more of him already.

This book deals with a lot of dark elements. I admired that this brings up topics of things that society honestly doesn’t want to acknowledge. This book is beautiful, gut wrenching & yes I did shed some tears at the end. I felt all the feels for this book & I am so excited to see how everything plays out in the next book, my heart needs it. If you like dark romance with plot, super SEXY STEAMY SPICE & characters that will make you feel something… this is for you!

Liam & Juliet are everything! I can’t say how much I enjoyed this book enough, it was exactly what I needed. It is a swoon worthy romance that will pull at your heart strings & just make you wanna hug something.

Liam is a super grumpy NHL coach who is in dire need of a nanny to care for his two little girls. I won’t lie, I normally am not one for single dad tropes unless it is done right… & this was done perfectly! With Liam’s past & his own issues, trust is not something that comes easy for him if ever. Especially not when it comes to his precious angels. When he has no choice but to hire a nanny, he’s forced to break out of his comfort zone.

Juliet is a struggling young woman who just needs to figure out her life. With taking care of her Nana & struggling to make ends meet, she’s running out of options. When she finally lands a job she doesn’t despise, something else seems to get in the way… feelings.

I loved every single second of watching these two fall in love. It was beautiful, sexy, funny & I loved how Liam grew so much as a man. The spice was perfect for this story. It’s not overly spicy but the scenes we get are chef’s kiss! Liam can have my any day

Okay so I enjoyed the first book of this RH for the most part! I really liked the guys & felt like the plot was pretty interesting. My biggest issue with the first one was that there was really no relationship buildup for each of the guys & I felt it was a little rushed. This one gave me the same vibe but with the plot this time. In this book we are dealing with the unfinished business of Briar’s past & seeing how the guys really step up for her. I LOVED the spice in this book, I mean that is one thing this book gives you is great spice - the sexual chemistry is just hot (this is does contain MM content within group activists just a heads up). The plot for this one was a little predictable but hey I was okay with that because I really liked where it was going until we got to the climax. I felt like the “big moment” was rushed & I didn’t feel any kind of accomplishment when Briar finally slayed her demon. I guess I was hoping for just a bit more. It just felt like it was missing something to make me really just LOVE IT, ya know?

The other thing that kind of got on my nerves was the epilogue. We get a very (IMO) view of the RH as it is in the future & there is a very wishy washy feeling of exactly how they are all functions as “couples” & it’s not really as a cohesive unit but as several individual couples. I’m more of a “group relationship” type of RH ending if that makes sense & this just didn’t make me all giddy & happy for them.

Overall it was a good duet & if you feel like this type of RH is your jam then you’ll enjoy it! The writing is great & the spice is fantastic!

Iris & Ronan were hot hot hot! I’m normally not someone who enjoys rockstar romances but I loved the bodyguard dynamic in this one! I am all about those alpha protective men & that is exactly what Ronan is. When Iris seems to be put into danger it becomes Ronan’s mission to keep her safe! Gaaah the character development & sexual tension between these two were just amazing, I had to fan myself! This is my first book by this author & I was not disappointed! If you like rockstar or bodyguard romances with intense chemistry & protective alpha hole hero’s then this is right up your alley!
