Did not finish book. Stopped at 39%.
I think this is just one of those wrong book, wrong time situations. I enjoyed the writing, but the plot was just moving too slow and I found I wasn't excited to pick it up and even forgot I was reading it a few times. I'll admit, I read the plot on Wikipedia to decide if I wanted to keep going and where it's headed plus the fact that there's a equally chonky sequel made me decide now is just not the time to push through this book. Maybe another time when I'm feeling more patient, but we'll have to see 🤷🏻‍♀️

I loved this book right up to the very end. Definitely not how I would have ended it, but it was at least a choice.

This book was so good! I didn't want to stop and finished it in on sitting! Loved the setting, loved the characters, loved the art, loved the story!

This should be a 3, but the characters won me over enough to make it a 4.

I loved the concept, the story, and, like I said, the characters, but there were enough decisions that I just could not wrap my head around to let it be 5 stars.
