Brandon Sanderson did it again! He managed to make me fall in love in a book within less than 50 pages yet again. I adored how he took a world and let it transform with time. I'm really interested in these religions that have been built around the characters of the first trilogy.

This book is great if you know and love the first books but it can stand on its own. The vibe is completely different with more snap and sass and a little less trauma and depression. Yet the heroic fantasy strikes again and it has never been better.

if you read this review, checktvout the book... it's awesome

Did not finish book. Stopped at 22%.
I just couldn't bring myself to care. The author didn't manage to introduce or make me interested in the world or the characters in 100 pages and since my resolution for 2023 is to waste less time on books I don't actually like, I had to ditch this.

this was full of tropes and had an unnecessarily annoying main character. Surprisingly, I find myself mildly interested in what's going to happen, mainly because there is a chance that Emilia might  become the queen of the underworld, which seems interesting.
I'm probably not going to read the next books though because I've had enough of tropey YA for at least 5 years

I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
just the world amd the way the author brings everything tigether so neatly and the characters and the magic system and the way everybody has a bit of truth but r not the whole story.
The only thing I didn't like was that the showfown felt very short and fast-paced compared to the rest of the book.
