I really enjoyed this book. It's been sitting on my reader for about a year and I don't know why I haven't picked it up before.
It was such an interesting storyline with herbeing literally immortal, not being able to die and talking to death .
The mystery was very intriguing and I didn't see it coming the way it did. I only caught on to one thing before it was revealed. Still it very interesting and didn't make it boring.
I'll definitely read the second book!

"Blutbuch" ist eine sehr persönliche Geschichte. Kim schreibt über die Kindheit, das Aufwachsen mit einer Mutter und Großmutter die mal mehr und mal weniger freundlich und offen sind.
Darauf folgt die Adoleszenz, Zeit des eigenen Findens und Rebellion gegen die Bezugspersonen.
Besonders interessant fand ich die Stammbäume der Vorfahren der Großmeer. So viele unterschiedliche Frauen und Geschichten und wie sie sich alle durch das Leben geschlagen haben.
Darauf folgt die Adoleszenz, Zeit des eigenen Findens und Rebellion gegen die Bezugspersonen.

It was an really interesting and diverse collectionof short stories.
There were some I enjoyed more and some I didn't care about as much.
My favourite was "Liking what you see: a documentary". It had so many good points for not looking at beauty, while also putting up arguments why it would be good to see it.
In the end I'm not sure of short stories are really my thing, I like reading one long plot in a book. But it had some interesting ones.

It took me so long to finish this book, because I couldn't really vibe with it.
The main character Nick was cute, but soooo dense! You could have hit him with a shovel and he still wouldn't have gotten the hint.
Apart from that the story was pretty predictable. I got to say I got it the other way round but it still was a bit too much on the nose.
Still a interesting story, but I probably won't read the sequel.

When I first started this book, I wasn't sure if it would be my cup of tea. But turns out, it was great!
Elizabeth Zott is such a great character, with everything she's been through but still standing up for herself and not giving in. It was such a delight to see her speaking her mind, no matter what society expected to hear.
In the beginning it was dragging a bit, because what was described in the blurb only starts happening around 50% in. Looking back, everything in the beginning was important for the later story thought.
Still it was a bit of a drag.
I can really recommend this book.

Ein süßes Buch mit nicht allzu komplizierter Handlung.
Ich selber mag Astrologie ganz gerne, aber so tief wie Felix oder Cara bin ich nicht drin. Trotzdem war es interessant zu lesen was es für Felix bedeutet und wie er selber damit umgeht.
An manchen Stellen war es aber vielleicht etwas zu engstirnig, gerade die Dates von Owen. Das ihm wenig Freiraum gelassen wurde die Personen selber kennen zu lernen, ohne direkt zu wissen sie sollten eh nicht zusammenpassen.
Auch zwischendrin die Stelle mit den Saphire Druids war irgendwie super random und hat nicht wirklich in den Rest der Geschichte gepasst, aber vielleicht kommt das in den nächsten Bänden noch vor.
Owen hat die größte Charakterentwicklung durchgemacht und er war mir an Ende deutlich sympathischer als am Anfang. Da könnte ich mir wirklich nicht vorstellen wie die beiden jemals zueinander finden sollen, aber zum Glück hat sich einiges getan.
Ich werde die Serie weiterlesen und bin gespannt wie es mir England weitergeht.

Morgen, morgen und wieder morgen ist eine tolle Geschichte über Freundschaft, erwachsen werden und an sich selbst zu wachsen.
Sam, Sadie und Marx sind ein buntes Trio aus Menschen die nicht unterschiedlicher sein könnten. Mal besser und mal schlechter schaffen sie es aber so viel auf die Beine zu stellen und erfolgreich zu werden.
Mir haben die Programmiert Ellen sehr gut gefallen, obwohl ich selber keine Ahnung davon habe, aber die Prozesse von der Idee zum Spiel waren sehr spannend.
Dazwischen hat sich die Story leider immer wieder etwas gezogen, und manche Missverständnisse hätten auch schnell aufgeklärt werden können , wenn sie nicht so stur gewesen wären.
Trotzdem eine sehr bewegende Geschichte, die ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen werde!

I really enjoyed this book, even l even though I hated the main character, but that was kind of the point I think.
Juniper at first seemed like an alright person, but she easily holds grudges, even with her friends. She's also very judgy.
It was very enjoyable to see her slow descent into almost madness over everything happening.
She is not a nice FMC, but that was the allure about it, you want to keep reading to see how everything slowly falls apart.

It was such a sweet story of growing up und having to learn who your real friends are.
I'm so glad Hani was able to finally be herself l, not having to pretend to be someone else just to keep her friends who didn't really like her for herself.
Ishu as well, though I would have liked to see more of the aftermath of her not running for head girl anymore. I think that conflict was skipped.
All in all I'm really happy for them and there wasn't too much miscommunication. At least it didn't drag on forever.
