Elliot Page’s Memoir Pageboy is a collection of stories from his life, jumping between his childhood, early career, and present time mainly focusing on his familial and romantic relationship and he discovered himself.  I consumed this book as an audiobook read by Elliot. I think that celebrity memories are often best consumed this way but for this book, reading it might make more sense. When listening to the book, it’s very unclear when these stories are taking place, being able to see chapter titles or have some visual indication of where in time we are. There are some benefits to the amphibious timeline. I think that it helps readers focus on who Elliot is now rather than the person he used to be.

As someone who is at the beginning of their trans journey, hearing Elliot’s experiences with denial, family, and acceptance was comforting. I hope that he continues to share his experience and that it paves the way for more trans voices.

It's a fun, quirky, middle grade horror book containing three short stories. Into the Pit, To Be Beautiful, and Count the Ways. It'd defiantly way below my reading level but I enjoyed getting to spend more time in the world of Five Nights at Freddy's and having a quick read.

If I had read these in early middle school, I would have loved them.

This was a fast paced read/listen. The characters were entertaining and stories were engaging. I'll slowly be making my way through the series.
