I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this but I enjoyed this book way more than "The Female of the Species".
At least once a year I read a 1 star book, and this is the one. If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I'm fully aware this is an ARC and it's not a final copy but it was horrible. I forced myself to finish this book, the characters were bland, the story itself lacked in so many ways.
This was my first Brandon Sanderson book and I really enjoyed it! It was really well written where it felt like you were reading a movie instead of watching one. Can't wait to read book 2 because I do have questions hoping to get answered in the second book.
