It's a good book to get ideas on how to deal with death and grief but the age of this book (15 years) is quite obvious, it's a bit to focused on Christianity even in the chapters that could have stayed secular and the last chapter sadly seemed poorly researched, thought about, but it had so much potential.

But if you need inspiration on how to deal with grief this book can be a great tool.

Loved that book very much. Loved the representation of different mental illnesses and I think the author managed to represent a lot of things very well. I felt very seen.
