I enjoyed this book and read it on audio. I liked the insight into the women’s lives and struggles against expectations of how they should be. Gender dynamics were well explored too.

I really enjoyed this book. It was well written and told chronologically. It was raw and vulnerable about living in an evangelical marriage.
I’m glad it ended well.

How to be enough was a great read and listen. I liked the different strategies to help with self-esteem as well as procrastination. The stories of real patients helped too.
