I read this because I’ve seen this series everywhere. It was fine… super cliche and not the best writing but had some fun moments reading it. I might try more books in the series since it’s so popular

3.5 stars - Don’t get me wrong there were some parts I really enjoyed but I found myself skimming through some portions wanting to get to the next thing. Some story lines were messy for the sake of being shocking to the reader. Either way we love a book with a dark MMC who would burn down the world for his girl

3.75 - I started off really enjoying this book but the FMC reminds me a lot of Nesta from ACOSF who is not my favorite and the MMC isn’t much better. The boys remind me of the batboys dynamic from ACOTAR except everyone in this book seems to be a villain
