I'm going to be honest, I can't tell if this book is totally genuis and I just don't get it, or only confusing. Regardless, I found it enjoyable and am looking forward to finishing the series.

I think this is probably partially a function of listening on audiobook so not being able to skim the parts I didnt like, but I found this overly tropey and trying too hard to seem modern and have current funny references that were't actually funny to me.
