This is such a fun series. Rachel Krall is a true crime podcaster. She likes to be current true crimes to the public.

I likes the storyline but I think this would have been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read if I would have read the actual book and not listened to it as an audio.
There is so much going on with three timeline POVs from the MMC plus the script reading and the movie they were shooting. At times I didn’t know what part I was on at first. I think having the physical book would have made it easier. The narrators was amazing though on being the characters to life.

This was a fun Riley Sager novel. I am finally caught up on his whole back catalog.
We follow Quincy who is a Final Girl. The only survivor of the Pine Cottage murders.
I think this would have been so much bette if it was more on the horror side then thriller. When everyone thinks of Final Girls the first thing that probably comes to mind is horror films.
I did not guess the killer so that was a win.
