I love Jennifer Hartman and her stories. they are always so original and have you go through every emotion from dread, anger, love. I go from feeling so tense, to smiling like a giddy school girl.

I did enjoy this story, but I wouldn't sU its my favourite of her books. I think it jsut fell a little flat for me at times and the pace was too quick. I still loved Cooper and Abigail, he was so protective of her and determined to find answers to her abduction and you could see how much Abi had fallen for Cooper from the moment he rescued her. I think I just wish some parts of the story had been in more detail.

Overall, I enjoyed reading their story and there are definitely a few twists and turns along the way.

I do love college romance, and it's been a while since I have read one. I really liked the mystery to this romance as well. Olivia and Will are so funny together. He's the typical grumpy coach, and she is the sassy runner who won't take his ceap. Of course, they are attracted to each other and resist it constantly. There is more to the romance, though. Olivia has a past she can't remember, and Will has his own struggles to, and together, they help save one another. It's definitely enemies to lovers, meets slow burn, but when they finally give in, it's 🔥🔥.

Perfect read for a rainy day ♥️.

I devoured this book in one sitting. It was so good to read a classic Yarros romance, and she did not disappoint ♥️.
Allie and Hudson were glorious MC's, they both spent years apart going through their own pain, guilt, and longing for one another but too scared to make contact. Their first meeting after 10yrs apart was both sweet and funny. I just wanted to shake Allie at times and scream at her to forgive Hudson because my god, he was life 🙌.
5 star read and the perfect second chance romance. Anyone who hasn't read any of Rebecca's romance books, please do because she knows how to put you through all the emotions.

I am definitely in my vampire era right now, and this book was the best way to start. Adrian and Isolde are the definition of enemies to lovers. They struggle to fight their attraction to one another from the moment they meet (and I am LIVING for it).

To save Isolde's people, she must marry the king of blood, Adrian, and although she detests him and everything he stands for, she is drawn to him from the moment they meet. Once they start getting to know each other, Isolde begins to realise that not all is as it seems. She was raised to fear vampires, but what if it was humans that were the villains?

I really enjoyed this book, Isolde was stubborn, strong, and unafraid to fight even if she was human. She loves her father and her people so much, and I really felt for her because she was falling for Adrain and realising that his kind aren't the monsters she has been told they are but she knows she will be outcast if she chooses him.

Adrian was LIFE. He is terrifying to everyone except Isolde. She is the only one who gets to see his softer side, and I love all those moments they share together. Where Isolde tries to fight their love for one another, Adrian welcomes it. I can't wait to start the second book 😊.
