Like always this Authors style grabs you from page one and doesn't let go. Her characters are so well developed that it's easy to identify with their struggles. I could relate to the main character Ellie and her need to break free and start living life for herself. The story is well written and passionate. I can't wait to read the rest of this story. Definitely a must read!

The Darkness of a City and its Son

SMH WOW!!!! This Author is one of the ones you love to hate. I hate what she does but she does it so well you can't help but love her! She could give King a run for his money... This story is about all that is good and evil in the world and within each of us. It showcases how easy it is for a twisted mind to confuse the two. How innocence can be shattered by the effects of your surroundings. It will leave you with the question. Is pure love unconditional??? What makes it so chilling is the amount of truth behind the horror. This book is disturbing on multiple levels. It is definitely not for the faint of heart. Are you a true fan of horror? If so then this is a must read!

I enjoyed this story. As always the author takes you on a dark twisted ride through the deepest deprivity of human kind. The story holds you hostage from page one. Gives you a real life monster you'll love to hate. Over and over you are given little ray's of hope then bam mind f***. It's packed full of ah ha moments. You will spend the whole story rooting for the characters to get their revenge. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because selfishly my sick mind would have liked to hear more details about the secret rooms and rituals. If you like Horror I definitely recommend this book.

Ugly Cry
Total page turner! Its been a while since a book made me cry so much! I am completely in love with these characters. So heartwarming and soul-shattering at the same time. I have a special place in my heart for bad boys that love so completely. This series shows that blood isn't what makes you family. It's definitely a must read!

Definitely Bittersweet! This Author continues to write incredibly interesting storylines about passionate people Two of my favorite characters throughout the series, it was great to finally get Rhett and Evie's story, but I hate to see it end. There was a new depth added as even more of the characters past is revealed. You get a better understanding of their fears and their flaws, but I love these characters most for their strengths and bravery. We watch them face their fears and grow as individuals and together. All the new characters we meet in this book are Amazing and I'd love to see them get a spin off series as well as maybe the next generation. It's a slow burn and that works. There is a bit of drama introduced in this story that I would have liked to see developed a bit more. This whole series is #MustRead I definitely recommend it.
