Catching Feelings sure caught me in my feelings.
Viv and Reese are one of those “pick on each other because they like each other” couples. And it was exactly the thing to take this series to the next level.
I can’t wait for the next one!

Have you ever met someone and thought, "Wow, this timing is terrible?" That's exactly what happens when Alison meets Adam at a funeral. Too bad Adam doesn't feel the same way. Or does he?
Ellie Palmer pulls no punches as she tackles the tough topic of "cheating cancer," meeting new people, figuring out what you want in life and who you want in it. I was hooked from the very first page, wondering how this was going to end and who was going to be hurt in the process. Through friendship and bar trivia, this story developed into one of my favorite kinds of books: the ones where the story has romance and not the other way around.
I highly recommend this book!

A wonderful twist on the best friend’s brother trope. I loved the friendships in this book and the unrequited love. The characters were well developed and the storyline moved well. Highly recommend, especially for baseball lovers.

Claire Cain takes readers back to the wonderful world of Silver Ridge and Saint Securities. Veteran and dog lover Tristan has been friends with Winnie for years, but it's time for their relationship to change. Throughout the story, we see our favorite characters from the other Silver Ridge books -- which brings back some great memories. I can't wait to see what Cain comes up with next!

Holiday Romance + Hockey + Fake Wedding = The Perfect Hat Trick
Hockey's finest, on and off the ice, Seb is smitten with Maddie from the beginning. After a hilarious Vegas wedding, the two can fix both of their problems. He's still playing hockey and she's showing her ex (and his family) that she's moved on and the grass is much greener.
The dialogue is laugh-out-loud funny, Seb's hockey friends are perfection, and the relationship that grows between Seb and Maggie is the icing on a sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free cake.
Anyone who loves reading will love this closed-door romantic comedy. It'll make the perfect addition to your holiday reading list.

Claire Cain + Military Romance + Christmas == An absolute joy to read!
No one writes military romance like Claire Cain. The authenticity and realism that Cain brings to her books make military spouses around the world breathe a sigh of relief. And the way she weaves her characters and series into each other is unparalleled. This book was no exception.
Marriages of convenience are not abnormal in the military community, despite how ridiculous it sounds. When childhood friends are reconnected by a meddling mother, it results in an arrangement that meets both of their needs. Or so they think.
As we get to know the main characters, we learn -- as they do -- that there just might be more to their holiday story.

This was really well written, but the topic was very odd and at times disturbing.

Claire Cain did it again. I was so sad to see the end of the Back to Silver Ridge series, but this one picks right up there. The characters and setting are familiar, while not overtaking the story -- it felt like I was going home. I'm so excited for the rest of this series as we get to learn more about the new characters we met in this first book.
