this was getting a little too terf-y for my liking. It’s also just kinda boring, don’t think I’ll ever finish it tbh so I don’t even want to worry about it anymore

I didn’t expect much from this but I really enjoyed this. I expected this to be akin to My Year of Rest & Relaxation where the female MC is just terrible for the sake of being terrible, but there’s a lot more to it. Once the book switches to her husbands POV and we start to get insight into how much he tries to control & break his wife down the book really finds its voice. I really think this is something that’ll stick with me forever

Well that was… disappointing
