I became so connected to this book. We have family friends that sometimes come up to a family cottage and there are 3 boys and the one closest to my age feels like my Jeremiah/Conrad. Now nothing like the book has ever happened to me with them but I do love them which I feel like made me love this book even more because I got to imagine what it would be like for me. And susannah reminds me so much of their mom like TOOO MUCH. I couldn’t put this book down, I became obsessed. I searched like a maniac for the second and third book because I had to know what happened next. I will say I am so pumped for the show to come out.

Adam Sandler vacation movie in a cutsey, rom com, enemies to lovers type book. It’s such a cute and easy read book. It’s perfect for summer or a vacation and it’s just what you need while on the beach. It’s a great beach read and if you need a switch up from deep dark depressing books that leave you stunned this is a great book to read.

I started this book with no prior knowledge of how I would feel while reading besides that I knew it was sad. GIRLLL IS IT SAD. I felt so moved by this book. I want nothing more than to be able to read it for the first time again. THIS BOOK IS WORTH THE HYPE. Everyone recommends it for a reason. Do yourself a favor read this book and buy some tissues.

I usually don’t rate books like this very high but out of there whole off-campus and briar U series this is probably my favorite just because the main character feels real and relatable. I am her and I love when I can really connect with a character on certain issues. This book is one to get you out of a reading slump. It’s cute, lovey, and it made me happy more than I was sad while reading this so that’s a plus. If you liked the deal and are thinking of reading the other series and the rest of the series I recommend keep reading so you can get to this book it’s worth it.

I wish that I could not relate to Marianne or Connell in this book but sadly I could in their worst ways. The characters in normal people were so relatable and so normal that I had such a strong connection to them. their relationship over the years is not perfect and it’s hard to read at some points because they’re not perfect at all. if I could describe this book in a small amount of words I would say hurt people hurt each by loving one another. this book has a lot of mixed reviews but I truly loved it the style of this book is different than what I’ve read before but I really enjoyed it. I won hundred percent plan on reading more by this author.

I physically could not put this book down. This book got me back into reading, when I say I have not read a book consistently before this I mean it. The characters in this book are so lovable and I’ve never read a book with a love triangle like this before where there is not a clear winner for so long. There is not one I like more for this long of the book obviously at one point you choose a team but I was so torn for almost the entire book. it’s impossible to not fall in love with these characters. while reading this I felt love I was happy, sad. I was sympathetic for these characters I just wanted to hug these people. I have recommended this book to everyone I know that has been interested in reading end it won’t let you down by the end of this I was sobbing and ugly tears.
UPDATED REVIEW
okay so I just re read this and I came into it with a different perspective. I didn’t read this wanted a romance book I knew that wasn’t the point of this book. I read it with breaking cycles, new beginnings, cutting ties, and growth this time. Those were my intentions going into it the second time and it really did change it. This isn’t a book about who will she end up with it’s about Lily, not the love interest.

this book was one that I could not put down yet I did not want to end. I loved how this book was written and how I got to watch the characters develop overtime. I also love that none of the characters were perfect I hated aspects of some of them while also loving other parts of those characters. The characters relationships reminded me of Taylor Swift songs like I know places, out of the woods, Ivy, dress, invisible string, Betty, affairs, and getaway car. I feel like understanding those songs helps you connect to the book so much more. The people that understand the importance of those songs and read this book are very special to my heart.
