Fe is a total brat, Halle is the queen of boundary pushes despite whatever Lydia says, and there’s typos galore (including one that caused the singer of 24K Magic to be called “Bruna Mars” which I don’t know how that happened cuz my phone tried to correct that when I typed that out), but otherwise I had a pretty good time.

Would be a 3.5 or even 4 if it was at least twenty page shorter and had way less lore dumping. Why does this author overwrite so many of her novellas? If she needed to hit a word count I’d rather her insert a filler scene than constantly stopping to exposition-dump every chapter.
