This series knocked me on my butt. Picked it up - and Victoria Wilder at the time was a new author to me - for the gorgeous cover. Stayed for the incredible writing and the intense vibes of the Foxx brothers. And it should be zero surprise that the final book was the best one yet.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„: This book was EXCELLENT. I mean, absolutely top tier. This couple has been set up from book 1 as this will-they-or-won't-they age gap, forbidden, grumpy/sunshine mess that I couldn't wait to dive into.

And I stayed up very late into the night to finish it. Because I literally couldn't put it down. From the very beginning, to every swoony second of Ace's POV, to the spice that left me floored. This series was such a pleasant surprise to fall into, but the way it ended... whew. Hadley was in all of her brat glory - but Wilder gave her some really great character development that made her so much more than just a mouthy bar owner. And Ace? He's everything you want him to be. And he really has loved Hadley the entire time, guys.

I can't really put into words a ton because I don't want to actually spoil your reading experience, besides to say it was perfect, and everything I wanted in this couple I've had glimpses of over the last year. Ace and Hadley outperform your expectations, trust me.

One note - this is a character series but it's interconnected, so book 3 won't make sense without the other two. You're going to have a great ride, regardless, so hop on at the beginning.

๐Ÿ“– ๐—ฆ๐˜†๐—ป๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€: Scottie price is just trying to fit into her new office, where everyone seems to be married. So when she alludes to having a husband - with marital issues no doubt - she's shocked to find out her boss's husband is a famous couples counselor and runs a camp getaway to bring couples closer together. Luckily, her best friend's brother happens to be free. Wilder is a retired tech millionaire, floating along waiting on his next step, and can't wait to try his hand at a fake marriage.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„: So let me be completely honest with you guys. I found out I was picked to get a PR mailer for this book - and it was a cool opportunity. So I was PRAYING that I loved this book. I didn't want to just like it. I wanted to love it. And I truly did.

If you're in the mood to laugh, you should pick this up. If you're in the mood to read something summery, you should pick this up. If you want two really well developed characters, you should pick this up.

Wilder was so much fun. He's just this tech guy who is kind of lost. Sold his company and now he's volunteering and finding new passions. He literally jumps at the chance to practice his improv at couples therapy. And when a chance to go to marriage bootcamp comes up? He doesn't blink an eye. Even before they get hot and heavy, he's the kindest, easiest to love MMC I've read in a long time.

Scottie? She's a mess. But a vulnerable, lovable, relatable mess. I love how she's a complete prude, and I loved her character arc as she healed from her divorce.

This one is a slow burn - there's a very slow roll for these two into attraction, then when it all explodes, I have to say... the moment is pretty incredible. I was holding my actual breathe.

On the audiobook side, you can't find two better people than Erin Mallon and Teddy Hamilton to read this in duet. Some of these scenes had me on the floor.

I know, I know... I'm gushing. But it was just THAT good.

๐Ÿ“– ๐—ฆ๐˜†๐—ป๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€: Atlas and Sutton share one incredible hour together. The next day, she's showing up on his doorstep with her teenage daughter, ready to rent his guest cottage. The grumpy football coach wants nothing to do with the women next door - except all he does is worry about their safety and happiness.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„: I feel like when I first started reading Brighton Walsh, I called her writing small town on sexy steroids. And I stand by that.

This is the start of a new series, but in so many ways, she nailed what she is good at - writing two characters with tension and chemistry that jumps right off the page. Her last series was also based in Starlight Cove, and it was nice to be in semi-familiar territory but with a completely different set of main characters. I loved the setup of four brothers - each of them was so well developed in book 1 that I know I am sticking around for the long haul.

You don't often see really well written teenage daughters, and I loved that aspect of this book too. Laurel was a funny addition, and also brought out a side of Atlas I loved. I enjoyed how he ONLY thawed to Sutton and her daughter, not another soul around him.

The spice in this book is over the top good. It's the kind of stuff I imagine blushing about if I ever read out loud. Not in practice, if you get my drift, but in the tone and the talk - it definitely stands out. I won't lie - I am QUICK to apply for her ARCs because I am obsessed with getting my hands on anything she writes.

Let's be honest, when I came home with a giant haul from Monsterotica, I knew there were bangers in there. In fact, I knew I would love most of them. And I literally bought any book that had a shark on it - so there were a LOT of things going for Jumping the Shark. Regardless of all of that, I still had a ball reading it.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„: With all that going for it, this book also had a few things that automatically landed it on my "LFG" list. Short and sweet? Yep. Alien who is smitten from the start? Yes please. Highly creative spice? You got it.

I liked the series, and can't wait to read more from Ash Raven as it continues to grow. The audio was also great - the male narrator, Gabriel De Leon, I'd never read before and he was absolutely hysterical in some parts, and had this growl that... well, you get it.

All in all, a perfect sci-fi romance that I guarantee you'll motor through.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„: Low page count, high spice and instalove sometimes hits the spot - and Lyonne Riley nailed it with this series.

I've read the first two, and they both have great stories and fun characters. They're no muss no fuss, with some really great spice and quick happily-ever-afters. There's literally nothing bad to say about them, except that I feel like I can pop these like skittles and I want more!

Egorr was the kind of monster you just want to give a hug to - he's so shy, and Maddie is so outgoing, I loved watching him try to learn how to make her happy. And Maddie? She desperately needed something good in her life. All around, I got the warm and fuzzies!

๐Ÿ“– ๐—ฆ๐˜†๐—ป๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€: Soliel is striking out finding her career-starting job, and with her parents leaving to explore Europe, sheโ€™s about to be homeless as well. While she waits for the perfect opportunity, sheโ€™s takes a chance on tree planting in western Canada - a rigorous summer job with a tough boss that will challenge her at every turn.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„: There are very few times I can say โ€œIโ€™ve never read a book about that,โ€ and tree planting definitely fit the bill. Andrea Wiseman built a following on her account talking about this book and her experience as a real life tree planter, so you know sheโ€™s coming from a place of expertise. Whatโ€™s more is she also fell in love with her husband while tree planting - so you know she means business.

Uprooted was a solid debut from start to finish. Yea, thereโ€™s critiques I could make, but if we are just going on pure vibes, I loved this book. The plot was one of a kind, and the slow burn between Gabe and Soliel simmered until I could barely take it.

I loved this world. The wilderness, the grueling work and the found family aspect, it all slapped. Thereโ€™s even a secondary romance Iโ€™m hoping she dives into deeper so I can keep following her writing journey.

This book was a little all over the place. Loved the concept, but at 40% the MMC is in an uncomfortable situationship and the other, I think, MMC hasnโ€™t given me enough to care. Mateo is underdeveloped. Asher is overdeveloped and all over the map. I very rarely criticize style choice but this would have drastically benefitted from a dual POV.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„: If you've loved this series from the start, there's no way you don't love Rewind it Back. If you haven't started - or haven't finished - I highly recommend you make your way through these books. It's just one banger after the other.

So many of us weren't sure if Rio - sweet baby angel Rio - was going to get a book and a happily ever after. But it came as a culmination to a set of found family that I've absolutely loved reading, and that in many ways made it the perfect ending.

Rio and Hallie's story was packed with banter and fun, with vulnerability and with that spice that seems to wrap into the threads of the plot so perfectly. As always, I love that Liz Tomforde isn't sticking to a writing template - the characters argue midway through the book instead of at the end, the happy portions are prolonged enough that I feel like I get to settle into it instead of just closing  the back cover.

The only reasons I am taking a half star off - if I am being honest and a little spoilery, which stop reading now if you don't want to know ANYTHING - is I think the book paced slower toward the end, and the epilogue wasn't what I wanted from a series end. But it still slapped, so I am not angry at anything.
