Loved this story, and so glad I bought it, the only thing I would add would be the drinks the main characters were going to have with the falling hard for the royal guard characters. That would have pushed it over the top

I’ve never cried so much in my life. I knew this book was going to be sad but not to the point where I didn’t want to put it down as I knew I couldn’t pick it back up again and cry this much. It was a lovely story and well told but it touched on so many sad areas.

Absolutely loved this book. I felt all the emotions reading it and the least 100 pages had me sobbing and laughing. It’s beautifully written and I’m going to get more of Sarah’s books as this book was magical.

Such a cute Christmas story and well written like all of Tessa’s books. I was in a reading slump but this was the story that I needed to get back into reading.
