The Iron Daughter is one of those few second books that don't make me bored to tears. The plot is neither too fast nor slow, it's equal, and I really like it. I've predicted some parts anyway, and my guessing turned out to be true. It doesn't mean that the story's predictable, I just happen to be able to guess them. The problems with Iron Fey become more intense, with the fake king and a new true queen. *wink*
Now with no obstacles hanging between Megan and Ash love story, I may can't expect what will come next, but well I've read some quotes from The Iron Queen, and Ash was going to be possessive bastard that I usually really really love.
Team Ash, then :)

Yup, the story becomes more complicated along with the characters journey. I put down this book for a while not because it's boring, but because I read a book that i think was much better while in the middle of this book, and it's true that that book was much better lololol.

I love Thorne!!! Who agree with me?? I think he was the most fabulous and hilarious character (beside Iko), where Kai was a prince, too serious for my taste. Wolf was a little bit terrifying, but when Scarlet was kidnapped, ugh, i don't really like him hehe. And there's a new hero again, Jacin Clay! He'd be Princess Winter another half, i suppose. I like Cinder's character development, she becomes more confident and she could use her glamour better.

The first half was a little bit boring, as always, like other books in this series, but the plot increased bit by bit and it bacome pretty great at the end. Actually I look forward to read Winter, because I'm curious with Jacin, and Princess Winter since she made an appearance in this book.

This book is very good. The Iron Fey series becomes more beautiful in each book. There's always balance between fairy tale, action, and romance. The up and down plot made me unable to take reading break for too long without itching to read it again. So yeah, for those who like fairy tale retellings like me go read this book! x
