I adored Elliot and Dane! The dual pov helped me learn more about them and what led to their actions which is something I enjoy in a book.

With Elliot, I felt for her being the oldest  daughter and dealing with the stress that came with that such as having to always be there for her family or only hearing from them when they wanted something.
Dane seemed too easygoing for me at first (although still likable) and I loved when he and Elliot got to talk and I saw why he was the way he was.

The only problem I had with the book is I felt there wasn’t a resolution to the family problems Elliot had. Granted she had a conversation with one of the members but it didn’t quite feel resolved for me. I also felt one of the side characters ended up forgotten. Although we heard about her, I would have loved one more scene with her towards the end.

All in all this was a cute story that I really enjoyed. Elliot and Dane completed each other well and that epilogue showed me just how much.
