yooo baby’s first stephen king!! and i had a very good time, was not expecting to enjoy the storytelling as much as i did, but it was super entertaining and the pace was great.
An Elegy for Easterly by Petina Gappah
had never read from this author before but this was fantastic, will have to look up some more of her short stories.

i really cherish the time i got to spend with this book, reading from mary oliver always feels like sitting with an old friend.

i put off reading this even though i loved night sky with exit wounds which proved to be a dumb decision bc of course i also loved this one. favourites included woodworking at the end of the world, reasons for staying, dear rose, and künstlerroman.
