Please shatter ME after reading this book. I hated this. 2 stars for the effort. There's gonna be spoilers in this review.

I understand the main characters trauma. But you are so f**King annoying. 'You're a 'b-b-boy' 'and you're a girl' please go back to wattpad. This book also could've had a 100 page cut and it wouldn't have made a difference. Most happens in the last, what, 50? I don't remember exactly, but most happens at the very end of the book. I didnt like how typical the main character went 'I'm ready now'.

This is not really the book itself, but everyone else hyped this book up. I did not like Aaron Warner. He is definitely crazy, it is not romantic. People told me he becomes better in book 3. But a series is pretty bad if you have to suffer through 2 books for the book to turn likeable, isn't it?

It was easy to read, I will give it that. But it was just so boring. I am also not into romance, maybe that okahs a part in this too. But this has been one of the books I read where I wasted my time on. I do not get how people like this book. For me, the main character is insufferable. As are all the others. I hated this book. 2 stars for the effort and easy reading? Yep

How do I unread this?

I found this book intimidating due to how many pages it contains. After DNF'ing it one time, I picked it up a year later.

Well, that was a mistake.
First half? Amazing. Great set up. Loved the story. But as you will read in other reviews, the second half was just not it...

At the end, whatever was going in kept repeating and the story felt never ending. There were also not just Christian undertones, because that would be fine. This is straight up Christian horror, if that's a thing. I did not enjoy this at all. I wanted to like this so badly but the way the book ended dissapointed me.. especially with the whole 'defeating the devil with the power of gods love' please... never again

I love Andy and his band. I read this book about 5 times? I made it a little tradition to myself to read this book every year since It came out. It's a great insight in andys journey, him only telling and explaining what he wants you to know. I'm glad there are these boundaries set in the book. There's also some acknowledgement and apologies for past events which I am glad he takes responsibility for. The pictures in the book are very fun to look at. I always love reading this. For any fan I'd recommend it.

I have seen quite some criticism on this book. However, I quite enjoyed it. I found it a bit harder to read at the beginning but I settled into it very quick. I loved that it wasn't such a big book. I also really liked this story, kind of a retelling. I finished it sooner than I thought. Sometimes I was a bit confused as to what was happening, but usually a page later I would figure it out. Quick read. Very fun.

1 star for the effort.
I read this book simply for the list and I wouldn't take this review too serious as I do not like romance. But I read this for my list to get back into reading after a mini slump. I got this book for english book week. It was alright writing. It was just not for me, but if you're into romance it can be a fun short read

I am not sure if I read the same book as others. Why did I hate it so much?

There is some strong character development, I have to give this book that one.

There was an attempt at writing a great book about mental health. Attempt. It almost felt like there was this toxic positivity. I did not enjoy this at all and I remember being so bored with this book. Maybe this just wasn't my cup of tea. Maybe this was just a bad book. I think this mental health awareness that was going on in this book was just not meant for everyone. I did not understand how anyone could find comfort in this or find it relatable. I'm sure it helps some people or others like this, just.. I find it way too overhyped and I fell asleep twice reading this. Maybe not my cup of tea. Now, how do I unread this?
