The Christmas Wedding Guest by Susan Mallery

Did not finish book. Stopped at 60%.
This was so boring. Also don’t do 4 pov’s and switch within the chapter from pov WITHOUT MULTIPLE NARRATORS. That’s just cruel. It was confusing, boring, a lot of telling and not showing.

My first and hopefully only dnf this year. Should’ve done that sooner.

Cute spicy mlm romance, great rep but I’m not a but fan of the miscommunication in the third act conflict🫣

I know it's a novella so it has to be short, but does it have to be this predictable? I think the concept worked for the first book but the second and this novella don't work for me unfortunately.

The accent was too distracting. Why did it sound Russian while it was supposed to be Danish?? And the epilogue? No.

I think I would have been more surprised if I hadn’t been spoiled right from the start who’d done it. However, it has been such a blueprint for the who-dunnit concept that I have seen movies, tv shows and other books with a similar plot.
