I had really high hopes for this book, especially being a mystery/thriller lover. I think this book focuses more on surviving abuse, which isn’t what I thought it would be (not a bad thing ofc), rather than a big mystery.
It has great representation (which includes endometriosis! + more) and I can see this book to be very eye opening to many people
I, however, felt lost on who all the characters were as I thought everyone was introduced very quickly, especially with all the name changes and flashback scenes.
I think after I watch the upcoming movie adaption, I will probably be able to follow this book a lot easier and probably end up liking it more when I see it on screen :)
