My Dark Romeo by L.J. Shen, Parker S. Huntington
Did not finish book. Stopped at 61%.

I love billionaire romances and enemies to lovers but I really didn't enjoy the writing in this one. It seemed like I was reading a simile or metaphor in nearly every sentence and it was just way to much, I couldn't get into the writing. 

The main characters (particularly the FMC) felt very out of touch, I felt very annoyed by the FMC, her whole personality is just spending money and pissing off the MMC to the point where it just felt weird since she keeps manipulating him into getting everything she wants but then proceeds to still be upset with him and dislike him. I also couldn't get into the fact that she kept trying to manipulate him into getting her pregnant after he had explicitly explained why he did 't feel comfortable doing so. That whole aspect just felt kinda ethically wrong and I normally don't care about these type of things in fiction but in this instance it just bothered me! 

I just didn't enjoy the writing style or the plot or the characters and wasn't able to get invested in the story.
