I read it for my history extension class. It was a bit different from what I usually read but it was an interesting read.

I enjoyed the concept and the majority of the story, the characters felt so layered, but...

I didn't like the ending, I felt like Beth and Lincoln should have gone their separate ways and continued to live their lives.

I haven't read a lot of satirical essays. This one was oddly amusing.
