I didn't read this one quite as quickly as The Diviners, however, I think that's because The Diviners was a re-read. Either way, I enjoyed this one just as much if not more. Libba Bray's writing style in this series is just so addictive.
I love the way we followed all our different Diviners on seemingly different storylines but they get drawn back together and you can see how it actually fit together all along. It was also cool when we went out of our set of POV characters and got to see what was happening in the city.
I also enjoy how even though the majority of the characters seem to mean well they all are a little selfish and tend to just mess up, they just seem more realistic because of it. I'm glad I have the third book so I can start it promptly.
