The Paris Hours was a bit of a disappointment... but, maybe my mindset going into the read is to blame. While the writing was admirable, the story line was slow. If you’re looking for a fast paced novel, then this one is not for you.

However, I did find myself sympathizing with the characters and I can appreciate the authors ability to bring their emotions to life. Which is what I look for in a good novel.

I never wanted this book to end... this was such a WOW read. 100% recommend. It’s a bit of a slow burn, but I am so glad I didn’t give up.
