Anything, and I mean, ANYTHING gets published nowadays.
First you have a main character with the cheesiest name you could imagine, then the love interest is a carbon copy of every other man you see in romance books these days: tall, dark hair, tragic past (fuck him for being in the military btw), and has a soft spot for the girl he just met just for the lols instead of it being a consequence of them spending time together.
They barely knew each other for a week, did the dirty, he ghosted her for a month and instead of reaching out his stalker ass just went and bought the mansion next door to the place she was staying during the summer. It’s not really different from her ex boyfriend suddenly showing up at her apartment to ask her to marry him.
Flash forward to autumn, they have known each other for just a couple of months but are now getting married and that’s it. GURL BYE. What a snooze fest.

Tenía muchas ganas de leer esta serie, especialmente este porque Ursula es mi villana favorita pero la mayoría del libro ni siquiera es sobre ella y sus apariciones son básicamente transcripciones de sus escenas de la película.
Si es una serie sobre villanos, en este caso Ursula, a mi que me importa la tal princesa Tulip, las hermanas raras y Circe.
Solo terminé de leerlo porque me lo regalaron en físico pero fue una pérdida de tiempo.
Esta es mi señal para nunca jamás en la vida leer otro libro sobre Taylor escrito por un hombre.
Por momentos llega a ser demasiado condescendiente. Pasa muchísimo tiempo alardeando sobre cómo él sí entiende incluso las referencias más rebuscadas en su discografía, no como las swifties que obviamente no lo captan porque él es taaaaaan listo y tiene que recordarte infinidad de veces que la conoce en persona así que la entiende mejor que la morra promedio que escucha su música. Esa la mentira más grande del libro.
La forma en la que habla sobre ella en el capítulo de villain era es repugnante. Estaba viendo rojo del coraje.
Por último y no menos importante, es hater de Me! y cada hater de Me! es mi enemigo.
