It was just alright, specially for an author like Atwood. Wanted more from this but I like how it came around in the end. It's just 33 pages so can read it but just temper your expectations. :)

this was not for me. i'm not a music person and this was VERY music centric. also, it was all over the place - why was it written like that? i don't know. i honestly just pushed through because... well, i don't know why.

this is just an episode of criminal minds from the serial killers perspective but also the cops and FBI are fucking incompetent. Like the BAU would never!

ummm, okay. DO NOT THINK OF SPENCER REID WHILE READING THIS BOOK because it will be jarring if you do - because he could never. more on this soon. I am reading the next book in this series though. Like it ended on a cliffhanger. The fuck.

t'was cute and a little steamy in places (like sex in a laundry room? yes girl! get it) but also a bit boring and preachy. i loved that it had a lot of mental health representation but it felt like the conversations that they had with each other were just so 'obviously written in a book' and not real conversations. i don't know if you get what i mean by that.
