The only reason I didn't DNF was because it was a Christmas gift and the giver wanted my opinion.
Part one just describes the meat industry. If you're a country kid or at all familiar with the process, none of it will be a surprise, exactly what you'd expect.
Part two is basically a bad true crime podcast.
If you're into adult dystopia you might like it (1984, Animal Farm, Handmaid's Tale). Language can be clunky but that's just translation, if you want to try it, look past that.
