otherwise a decent story, just a little frustrating because of how long sangyul was pathetic for. I get that he was a lab rat for 15 years or so but damn he could've changed a bit. still love u though miss moscareto <3

felt like cupping a handful of sand and watching it cascade through your fingers helplessly. masterful use of language, masterful translation. leaves you with questions you're happy to bear only because the answers will hurt more. really beautiful.

normally with short stories collections, there'll be at least one that's not as good as the others, but here they were all equally middling. it just felt like there was no heart in here. and there's far too much non-con here played in the most boring way too.

artist also suffers from same face syndrome, I'm afraid.

one of the gentlest BL I've read, has been solidified in my memory since I read it. such a great exploration of grief and love, and tackles homophobia decently well too. lovely art, but a shame the physical wasn't given as much care - there's some parts where the drawings cut out or the panels aren't set quite right on the page for easy reading, and like 15 million translators notes in the middle of the panels... just have footnotes at the back. it's ok to have footnotes at the back!

very sweet and a lovely depiction of life in Japan as a deaf and disabled person. I can kind of see where the story's going from here but it's not blatantly obvious so there's still some wish to continue reading. was very pleased to find this in my local library!

ok this was actually potentially the most heartwarming BL I've read since sasaki and miyano which is impressive. nearly hurt my heart the way reading w/w fiction does,, hoping that season 2 tackles homophobia well but from what we have so far I think the author knows what they're doing. big props for more beefy men also.
